- A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform Marc Residence KLCC Suites of your expected arrival time in advance.
- Check In: 3pm -12am. After 12am late surcharge of RM30 will be charged.
- Note: From September 1, 2017 all foreign guests may be levied a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 per room/per night.
